About Nagendra Nath Tripathi

Nagendra Nath Tripathi is the current State General Secretary (Organisation) of Bhartiya Janata Party, Bihar. Prior to this, he held the same office in the BJP Uttar Pradesh Unit for a period of about eight years.

Born into a family of farmers in Belauli village of Sant Kabir Nagar district(then a part of Basti), Uttar Pradesh, he is the eldest child of Shri Girija Pati Tripathi and Smt. Ganesha Devi. During his school days in Basti, he joined the local shakha of the RSS as a Swayamsevak(member). And since then, he has fully committed himself for the upliftment of the community and has devoted his life towards nation building.
